She was very honest in explaining there specialties, which I greatly appreciated. We were specifically referred to Lee and that is the technician that was sent out. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He thoroughly explained the type of system we have as we just moved into the home. We highly recommend!

We hired American Sheet Metal to install 3 Mitsubishi air conditioners in our condo. While the south entrance is at ground level, the hill slopes away so we are actually on the second floor on the north and east sides. They had to bring a 32-foot ladder in to install the piping on the east side of the building. They also had to haul parts and equipment up and down a steep hill. They did an absolutely incredible job. All of the crew were extremely professional, and responsive when we needed to have a small drain pipe rerouted on the north deck. The units are working perfectly.
